McDonald’s Eesti AS (former name of the Premier Restaurants Eesti AS) was founded in 1994. The first restaurant opened in 1995 on Viru Street in Old Town, the historic center of Tallinn.
Currently there are ten restaurants in Estonia: six in Tallinn, two in Tartu, one in Pärnu and one in Narva. The most recent restaurant opening was in December 2010 in front of Tartu Lõunakeskus shopping centre.
Premier Restaurants Eesti AS employs around 500 people, and assists various local activities with donations of products and financial support.
