Pamela Luise Dream Lifter Award

PAMELA LUISE PRIZE FOR DREAM LIFTERS:

A joint initiative of the family and AmCham Estonia, the Prize pays tribute to the story of Pamela, an extraordinary American Human Resources pioneer, Ally, and advocate for dreamers, with family connections to Estonia through her son, longtime AmCham Board Member, and Vice President, Carl Pucci.

Pamela dedicated her life to advancing professional Human Resources, championing career development, and supporting diverse communities. Sadly, she lost her life in an automobile accident in Estonia.

To honor her legacy, an annual 1,000 euro prize is established, recognizing Estonian leaders promoting empowerment. The award includes coaching, a complimentary one-night stay for two at Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel, including breakfast and spa access, and a gift featuring Pamela’s inspiring quote
