All tickets purchased online can be canceled before the specified date in the event invitation. The chamber will refund the money on your account within 7 days from your cancellation date.
How to apply for a refund
To cancel your registration and apply for a refund, please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the event you are canceling your registration for and the number of tickets. For convenience, please also indicate your full name and your bank account number where you would like to receive the refund.
No shows and cancellations past the deadline
In the event of a no-show or cancellation request submitted past the indicated cancelation deadline, no refunds will be issued.
