AmCham members gathered on April 30 for an engaging visit to Stoneridge Electronics, where they were welcomed for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the company’s operations.
As the Factory of the Year 2025 winner in the large enterprise category, Stoneridge offered a clear and informative overview of its approach to advanced manufacturing and its role in developing electronic systems for global mobility.
The visit was hosted by Per Lindberg shared perspectives on leadership and strategic direction, while Site Leader Nadezda Dementjeva highlighted day-to-day operations and team management. Olari Paisnik provided additional insight into the engineering side, giving participants a better understanding of the technical processes behind the company’s products.
The visit gave attendees a a chance to see how innovation, engineering, and manufacturing come together in a modern industrial setting. It also created space for discussion and questions, making the experience both informative and interactive.
