November 21, 2016 | ‒

On November 21 , AmCham Estonia in cooperation with the U.S. Embassy Tallinn and the Baltic-American Freedom Foundation held a special closing event in honor of the 5 years of successful collaboration on the Estonian American Innovation Award Program. As a means to highlight innovation in Estonia, the organizers have established the Estonian-American Innovation Award for an Estonian individual, organization or company that has developed an innovation in cooperation with a U.S. partner. The event was hosted by the U.S. Embassy. As an extension of this program, the new Transatlantic Business Awards Initiative was announced at the reception! The Transatlantic Business Awards will continue to recognize outstanding and innovative achievements by Estonian-based companies and individuals, with an emphasis on their contributions to strengthening transatlantic economic ties and shared prosperity. More information about the program, application timeline & criteria will be available in the beginning of 2017. The 2017 Business Awards winners will be announced during AmCham’s Transatlantic Business Conference in the fall. We would like to thank the U.S. Embassy Tallinn, Estonia and Ambassador Melville for hosting the event! Also a big Thank You to our program partner and sponsor – BAFF – Baltic-American Freedom Foundation!!
