On February 15, we were delighted to welcome our Charter Gold members and board directors at the wonderful private restaurant Köök. The event hosts, Tim Bramich (Köök’s owner, soul and chef) and Carlos Pereira from Wine not?, one of our newest members, prepared an amazing program, combining delicious Portuguese wine tasting with cooking, which resulted in an astonishing 5-course dinner.
Not only had we an amazing time in a close circle of friends in a cozy atmosphere typical for the „kitchen parties“, but also discovered exciting new tastes and acquired such amazing news skills as making pasta from scratch and mastering a chipotle chocolate fondent with bacon and ice cream. Pretty impressive, don’t you think?
