May 7: AmCham Annual General Meeting

May 7, 2026 | 15:00 ‒ 17:00

AmCham Estonia held its Annual General Meeting 2026 on May 7, bringing together a strong turnout of members for an important review of the Chamber’s activities and achievements over the past year.

During the official part of the AGM, members reviewed and approved the annual accounts, reports, and key updates from the Chamber’s leadership. One of the highlights of the meeting was the election of the AmCham Estonia Board for the 2026–2028 term. This year, six board seats were open, with seven outstanding candidates standing for election.

We are pleased to congratulate the newly elected Board Directors:

  • Indrek Laul, Estonia Piano Factory
  • Mihail Burõhh, Maison Beast
  • Maria Pihlak, Sorainen
  • Carl Pucci, EO59
  • Greg Grace, Roofit.Solar
  • Kai Tammist, Philip Morris

We look forward to working together with the new leadership team and thank all candidates for their commitment to AmCham Estonia and its mission.

The AGM also provided an opportunity to recognize and sincerely thank the two outgoing board members, Nele Normak, Leo O’Neill and Nina Horowitz, for their valuable contribution and dedicated service to the Chamber.

Following the official proceedings, members enjoyed an engaging keynote presentation by Luukas Ilves on “AI in the Future of Government and the Agentic State.” The topic sparked lively discussion and numerous questions from the audience, highlighting the growing interest in the role of artificial intelligence in shaping future public governance.

The evening concluded with a networking reception, giving members and guests the opportunity to connect and continue conversations in an informal setting.

This year’s AGM was kindly hosted and sponsored by CoinsPaid, and we sincerely thank them for their generosity and support. We also extend our gratitude to all members who participated in this important meeting and contributed to another successful AGM.
