September Mixer with KODA

On September 14, AmCham members and members of the Export Academy Club of the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KODA) came together at Café Mademoiselle Stockmann to mingle and share their reflections about Prime Minister Ratas’ recent visit to the United States.

The President of AmCham Estonia, Indrek Laul and the Director of Services of KODA, Piret Potisepp greeted the participants and of course thanked Mihail Burõhh, the owner of Cafe Mademoiselle for hosting thiswonderful event! Indrek also introduced the launch of AmCham’s newest program – Transatlantic Business Awards that is aimed to highlight the outstanding and innovative achievements by Estonian-based companies and indvidiuals in the U.S. market.

Nicole Johnson, the Economic Office of the U.S. Embassy in a few words talked about the joint event together with KODA that is going to take place in October. After some networking and enjoying the delicious snacks, Liisi Kirschenberg, the Export Services Coordinator of KODA, gave a more detailed overview of the Prime Minister’s recent USA trip and encouraged all the participants to take part in planning such trips in future in order to make those more valuable and profitable for the local businesses.

In the end of the event the two organizers and the host held a raffle and presented thee wonderful gifts to the lucky winners!

We would like to thank all the participants for joining us on a rainy afternoon at the cozy Cafe Mademoiselle! Also, we would like to thank the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and their Export Academy Club for being such a great partner and helping us organize this event! And of course a special thank you goes to the host, Stockmanni Mademoiselle’i katuseterrass for the wonderful atmosphere and delicious drinks and snacks!
