On August 28, the Board of Directors of AmCham Estonia gathered for our summer strategy session and retreat in the beautiful northeastern part of Estonia. 🇪🇪 We had the incredible opportunity to visit Eastman Specialties in Kohtla-Järve, tour their manufacturing site, and gain valuable insights into their operations.
The day culminated in a focused two-hour strategy discussion led by the strategy and leadership coach Signe Korjus, where we delved deep into the future of our organization, refining our mission, value proposition, and ensuring our continued relevance in an ever-changing landscape.
