Our coalition represents over 1,500 companies committed to fostering a competitive, innovative, and resilient digital economy aligned with the EU’s transformation goals.
Five Critical Priorities:

- Reduce regulatory uncertainty and administrative burden while maintaining high standards through clear, harmonized rules
- Foster deeper transatlantic cooperation in research, development, security, and innovation across all digital domains
- Support skills development to enable broad-based technology adoption
- Cyber-proof all regulations to ensure resilience against evolving threats, reinforcing digital sovereignty and strategic autonomy in a coordinated EU-wide approach
Key Policy Recommendations:
✅ Maintain an open and competitive environment for cloud, AI, and quantum computing
