On October 11, 2023 AmCham Estonia held its Annual Healthcare Conference that, this year, gathered over 100 in-person participants, many online viewers and focused on Prioritising Healthcare, Financing and Its Impact on Estonia’s Economy and Prosperity.
We had a true honor to hear from the top level experts and thought leaders in the field who flew in to Estonia to share their messages and perspectives: Michael Guterbock from the Economist Impact, Lars Hartenstein and Ulrike Deetjen from McKinsey Health Institute, the Estonian Minister of Health Riina Sikkut, the Country Manager of Roche Polska Irma Veberic.
The keynote speeches and presentations were followed by an active Panel Discussion that focused on the Future of Estonian Healthcare and raised quite a lot of interesting ideas and questions. It is time to act? The panel was joined by Lise-Lotte Lääne from Sorainen Eesti law firm and Laura Johanna Tuisk fromTervisekassa (Estonian Health Insurance Fund).
This year’s conference was moderated by Elo Tamm, Partner at COBALT Legal and the Chair of the AmCham Healthcare Committee. The panel discussion was driven by Andreas Kaju, Partner at the META Advisory firm.
