The AmCham Estonia Defence, Security & Resilience Committee held its second quarterly meeting of the year on May 27, kindly hosted by the Port of Muuga — an AmCham member and active committee member.
The meeting featured an insightful tour of the port’s command centre, offering participants a closer look at the operational capabilities and resilience infrastructure of one of Estonia’s most important logistics hubs.
We also had the privilege of hearing an informative presentation from Robert Lang, Director of Defence Investments Cooperation at the Estonian Defence Forces (EDF), who shared valuable perspectives on current defence investment cooperation and strategic priorities.
The final part of the meeting focused on welcoming new committee members and discussing our plans and future activities for the second half of the year. It was a productive exchange of ideas and a great opportunity to strengthen collaboration across the committee.
