SEPT 10: The Future of Work: Labour Market Trends Shaping Today and Tomorrow

September 10, 2026 | 09:30 ‒ 11:30

On September 10, AmCham members had a great start to the day at the Morning Briefing, hosted by Manpower Estonia!
Our focus was “The Human Age: Future of Work Global Trends” — a topic that could hardly be more timely. Kirke Altrov from Manpower took us through all 16 global trends shaping the future of work, from AI literacy and rapid relearning to changing workplace norms, talent shortages, leadership and succession challenges.
The presentation sparked a very active discussion among participating AmCham members — a clear sign of how deeply these trends are already affecting organizations, leaders and employees alike.

Plenty of food for thought and, perhaps even more importantly, plenty of questions to take back to our own organizations: How do we prepare our people for what comes next? Which skills will matter most? And how do we preserve the human edge as technology continues to transform the workplace?

A big thank you to Manpower Estonia, Ken Leinus and Kirke Altrov for hosting us and leading such an engaging and thought-provoking morning!
