Over 60 AmCham members participated in the AmCham Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2019 that took place yesterday afternoon, May 8 at Tallinn Palace Hotel. We thank you for your active participation in the elections and your responsible voting!
At the meeting, all participants had a chance to review the accounts, approve the Annual Report 2018, introduce our newest members who have joined in 2019, get an update from AmCham committee chairs and set goals to build on the successes of 2018.
The meeting was chaired by Indrek Laul, AmCham President and Chairman of the Estonia Piano Factory. Meeting Secretary – Raul Kartsep, Sorainen Law Firm.
At the meeting, members approved the Annual Report 2018 and elected 5 new board members who will join the other 4 board members until the next election cycle.
