APR 4 – AmCham AGM 2025

AmCham Estonia’s Annual General Meeting 2025, hosted by our valued member CoinsPaid, was a truly engaging and well-attended event that brought together members of the business community for an afternoon of reflection, future-focused discussion, and valuable connections.

The event featured a dynamic two-part program, beginning with the official AGM session and followed by an inspiring speaker segment titled Future Business Talks.


AGM Highlights (15:00–16:00)

The AGM opened with the presentation of the 2024 annual reports, an overview of achievements, and a look ahead at priorities for the coming year. Board candidates were introduced, and heartfelt thanks were extended to the outgoing board members for their dedication and contributions. The session concluded with the official voting process for the 2025 board.


Future Business Talks (16:00–17:00)

The second part of the event turned the spotlight toward innovation and global business perspectives.

Keynote Presentation:
Max Krupyshev, CEO of CoinsPaid, kicked things off with an insightful keynote titled “Crypto Payments in Business”, offering attendees a deeper understanding of how blockchain technology and crypto solutions are reshaping modern transactions. His talk sparked great interest, followed by a lively Q&A session where attendees engaged with forward-thinking questions.

Panel Discussion:
The event continued with a panel discussion on “Doing Business in the USA in 2025”, moderated by Mike Burich. The panel featured an impressive lineup:

• Greg Grace, Chief Growth Officer, Roofit.Solar
• Nina Horowitz, Economic Officer, US Embassy Tallinn

Each panelist shared their unique insights and experiences, highlighting the opportunities and challenges of the U.S. market for Estonian businesses in the evolving economic and regulatory landscape.


Closing & Networking (17:00 onward)

After the announcement of the voting results, the event transitioned into a relaxed networking session with drinks and light snacks. Attendees had the opportunity to connect with peers, speakers, and board members, continuing the conversations sparked during the formal sessions.
