On November 14, we held another successful GDPR morning seminar in cooperation with the Triniti Law Office and Maarja Pild as their representative and of course Gustav Poola, the certified DPO.
This time the focus was on the topic of employment. We talked about camera usage, looking into employees’ internet usage, reading emails and much more. The main focus was on data information VS privacy. What is the breaking point – to which extent can employers use personal data without violating employees’ privacy?!
