On October 1, AmCham Estonia had the pleasure of bringing together more than 50 members for a special Morning Coffee to Meet & Greet the new U.S. Embassy team members who arrived in Estonia this summer to begin their three-year assignments.
The Embassy was represented by an impressive team of nine colleagues, with Deputy Chief of Mission Matt Wall at the helm, spanning the Consular, Public Affairs, Political and Economic sections, as well as Defence and Security.
It was a highly productive morning and a great opportunity to hear directly from each team member about their role, portfolio and, most importantly, the many ways our AmCham community can engage and work together.
The Q&A sparked a lively discussion covering everything from education and exchange programs and the business climate to boosting travel and tourism to Estonia, along with the new team’s first impressions of the country they will call home for the next three years.
Meetings like this are exactly what AmCham is about: bringing people together, opening doors for dialogue, and creating opportunities for meaningful cooperation.
