SEPT 22: AmCham Defence & Security Committee Briefing – 5G

Dear AmCham Defense & Security Committee Members,

We are pleased to invite you to a special Committee session at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence (CCDCOE) on Tuesday, 22 September, from 10:00–12:00.

The session will provide a broader, industry-focused perspective on emerging technologies and their relevance to defence and security, including:

• Introduction to the CCDCOE and its role and relevance to NATO Allies;
• Adoption of cellular technologies by the military and the direction in which the industry is heading;
• An overview of 5G-related programme activities at the CCDCOE.

The discussion will take a broader technology and defence perspective rather than focusing specifically on cybersecurity.

The session is expected to conclude by lunchtime.

Registration and access requirements

As the visit will take place at the CCDCOE premises, we need to provide the organisers with a list of participants in advance. Please register your attendance no later than 15 September via amcham@amcham.ee  and include your personal ID number for access purposes.
