During the period of October 27th to 31st, Prime Minister Ratas, accompanied by the Business Delegation from Estonia, was traveling in the United States with quite a few official visits and meetings. The first city visited by the group was New York, where also the NY Enterprise Estonia new representative office, lead by James S. York, was officially opened! Other meetings in the NY included the visit to the City Government, meeting with the NY Chamber of Commerce, Baltic-American Chamber of Commerce, as well as the visit to the Google Headquarters.
The working visit also included a very special meeting with Wilbur Ross, the Secretary of Commerce of the United States, regarding the Three Seas Initiative and the summit to be organized in Estonia in 2020.
