The Third Annual Pamela Luise Dream Lifter Award

On 16 June, in partnership with EO59 and Swissôtel Tallinn, and featuring a leadership and communication course led by John Bates, we proudly hosted the third annual Pamela Luise Dream Lifter Prize.

The award honors the legacy of Pamela Luise — a vibrant soul whose energy continues to inspire and uplift those around her.

We are pleased to announce the 2026 recipient: Kadi Urbas, trainer and experiential counselor specializing in psychology, emotions, mental health, ADHD, and autism. Through her work, she supports individuals in building greater self-awareness and fostering more inclusive, compassionate communities.

The award, created by Carl Pucci, son of Pamela Luise, honors her legacy of inspiring and uplifting others.

We extend our sincere thanks to all who submitted nominations, as well as to the Selection Committee 2026:

Laura Ortiz (ABB)
Leo O’Neill (HML Project Management)
Matthew Edminster
Brooke Pucci
Carl Pucci (The Pamela Luise Picard Family Chair)

We also thank our partners EO59 and Swissôtel Tallinn for their continued support.

We warmly congratulate Kadi on this well-deserved recognition and thank everyone who contributed to making this tradition meaningful.

We look forward to continuing this initiative and inviting nominations again in 2027 to recognize the next unsung hero who helps lift the dreams of others.
